inside your villa).
No pets allowed.
Direct Reservations Policies
For reservations made directly with Villas El Rancho (by phone,
email, fax or through the online reservations system on our website),
the following policies apply:
Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover, or Diner), cash, or by wire transfer.
Deposit Policy
Prepaid reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Season
For reservations during our regular
season, cancellations made 7 days or more before the date of arrival
will be charged a penalty of two nights at the reserved rate (including
taxes). For cancellations made less than 7 days before the date
of arrival, or for no-shows (i.e., the guest does not show up for
his reservation), there will be no refunds.
Peak Season
For reservations during our peak season,
all reservations will be charged in full at time of booking, and
reservations are non-refundable.
Travel Agencies Reservations Policies
Reservations made through a Travel Agency or Internet Service
are governed by the policies of that agency. Please be aware of
the terms and conditions they have.
